My Story

Hi! My name is Kiki Vhyce and I'm an all round Melbourne girl. 

For starters, welcome to my Fitness Blog! :) 


I am a Gym Junkie and all round committed Health & Fitness Ambassador.  I have been training for almost 4 and a half years now and am so happy I went down this path in life. 
Not only has this fitness lifestyle changed my exterior, but it’s also allowed a flow of more positivity in my life and for my everyday wellbeing. For me, fitness isn’t just about what’s on the outside, it’s got to do with the WHOLE all round picture - inside and out and the good this sort of lifestyle can have on YOU as a person. 

I was a naturally lanky and petite looking teenager, not much was really going on with me! Haha! And yes, while “some” say petite is desirable - I felt like I could do more with myself. I didn’t like the lack of certain tone and I was dying for a killer set of abs! 

I did a lot of sport throughout my teen years including soccer, hockey, fencing and tennis. I was mainly involved in Karate, which I am  now a Second Dan Black belt. So fitness, to some degree was something I grew up around - that plus my dad did bodybuilding! So I was always inspired, but hadn’t stepped foot in a gym yet or done serious workouts! 

My proper fitness journey finally kicked off once I was out of high school in 2010, and from there I never looked back! 
I train 5 times a week, focusing on different areas of my body while also incorporating a lot of cardio exercise into my regime to strengthen my overall stamina and endurance. My personal aim is body-sculpting - which is a non-aerobic and muscle-toning workout style that usually focuses on core strength. I also workout using all fitness training types.
