Your first steps towards a healthier lifestyle can be a pretty daunting experience. Beginning your fitness journey can get pretty confusing if you aren’t sure where to begin or what you need to do to get started..


Hopefully this blog will be your answer to all things fitness related. 

Everybody is different. We all have different body types, goals, needs and fitness levels - and for this very reason, everybody will be at a different stage in their own fitness journey. Some people will want to just start eating healthier, some will want to overhaul their lifestyle…while others will simply want to just have a bit of healthy exercise here and there. Others will want to tone and tighten their body a little bit and others may want to take it to the next level and get really serious with their fitness regime and make it a lifelong commitment. Whatever your finish line is, you will find something on this blog relevant to YOU and where you want to go.

My blog will cover all fitness topics weekly, providing basic meal ideas, recipes, workouts & tutorials, motivation boosters, product reviews, tips etc. as well as a whole lot more that can be incorporated into your lifestyle and suit your personal needs and goals. 

In my time training I have noticed that there are not many fitness blogs out there (especially for girls) that helps guide you in your fitness journey THE RIGHT WAY, with the right tools and resources to keep yourself happy and healthy while transforming yourself. Most give girls what they call “easy fixes” and “quick tricks” that end up giving you the results you hope for and doing your body more harm than good anyway! There are NO quick tricks to reaching your goals - you only get out whatYOU put in.  I hope this new perspective I bring will revolutionise people’s perceptions on body image, and allow my blog followers to utilise good quality information and allow them to make the right, informed decisions about health and exercise.

Seeing positive results from all the hard work you do is definitely a great thing. I hope to inspire you guys to keep pushing through your fitness journies and make it your fitambition to be the best you can possibly be :)
